The product comes with one (1) adapter riser (individually made for each order), one (1) female barrel 9V battery clip adapter and four (4) case screws. Adapter includes multiple openings for convenient adapter cable entry.

This adapter size fits a 1970s Thomas International Crybaby Wah Case (Model 95-910511) and a Vox 847 case size as well. If you have a different case size or brand, or a custom order, please contact me at [email protected].
